How to terminate project

Hopefully we never have to use this page!

• Let us know on Slack or by email
• We’ll refund your amount from Stripe (the 5% transaction fee will not be refunded) within 24 hours.

What happens after your terminate project

Access to all shared files will be revoked, and all work produced no longer belongs to the client and may never be used to commercial or personal use.

• We’ll send you a typeform collecting feedback on how to improve
• All our projects are built in public, so we’ll increase our “terminated projects” counter by 1.

Specifications

• Any amount spent on tools, software, resources, etc will not be refunded
• Any amount spent on additional capital employed by the client will not be refunded
• Any amount spent on transaction fee will not be refunded
• 100% of the amount that is received by Sprints will be refunded back to the client
• The client may be banned from purchasing another landing page from Sprints again
